The official goal of click! is to start “an unprecedented dialogue about the ways photography enables people to document and actively interact with the world.” The site is split into themes: Who We Are, What We Do, What We See, Where We Go, What We Want, and What We Remember. Writers, visionaries, artists, and various experts contribute articles for each section. Photos accompany them.
Von Hardesty, Curator at the Aeronautics Division of the National Air and Space Museum, wrote a piece called “Photography changes how wars are fought.” David Friend, Editor of Creative Development, Vanity Fair, wrote “Photography changes how we experience history.” Both were really good. I plan on reading more.
Marvin Heiferman is click!’s guest curator. The Smithsonian Photography Institute is behind it. You can participate in social tagging. Looks like click! photography changes everything is going to be pretty interesting. What do you think?

Hi Kristen,
You’re not the only one who would like to see us offer more cover choices. We’re working on some options right now and hoping to share some news around this subject within the next few months.
For future suggestions, may I suggest dropping your comments in our blog suggestion box or via our Suggestions and Feedback forms.
Thanks!
